CVC provides this "Privacy Policy" to disclose its practices with respect to gathering and using information submitted to it's website ("Site"). Any person accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, either manually or via an automated device or program, to the extent permitted hereunder, shall be considered a "User" under the Privacy Policy. All Users are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party websites which may be accessed through links from the Site which are provied for your convenience.

What information we collect

CVC collects general information usage such as pages being requested, the User's Internet Protocol address (IP), time/date, and User's web-browser version. Additionally, CVC collects the responses to forms such as User information collected during the sign up process as well as continued use of the Site. The submission of personally identifiable information constitutes the User's acknowledgment that he or she has read and understood this Privacy Policy, and agrees to its terms. The User also acknowledges and consents to CVC's collection, storage, and processing of personally identifiable information and the dissemination of such data amoung CVC's affiliated entities.

How the information is used

Personally identifiable information will be collected, processed, stored, and disposed of in accordance with all applicable laws. CVC's uses personally indentifiable information collected from Users in order to make the Site more useful, respond to User's questions, and provide service.

Whom with which we share the information

CVC does not currently sell or disseminate personally identifiable information to third parties without the User's consent. Nothwithstanding other provisions of this Privacy Policy, we may disclose personally identifiable information and account information in special cases when we have found it necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating any user agreement or may be causing injury to or interference with CVC, its Users, its affiliated companies, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. CVC reserves the right to disclose your personal information as explicitly set forth in this Privacy Policy or any user agreement agreed to by a User, or as otherwise required by government or law enforcement officials. CVC can, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose any information to law enforcement or other parties that CVC in its sole discretion, believes is required or appropriate in order to comply with the law.

CVC may assign, sell, license, or otherwise transfer to a third party, your name, address, email address, member name and any other personal information in connection with an assignment, sale, joint venture, or other transfer or disposition of the assets or portion thereof, or stock of CVC or its affiliated entities.

Revisions to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be modified by CVC. It will be updated on the Site. It was last updated in June 2005.
